"MEDICAL AROMATHERAPY"

Class Description: Join our small, hands-on class and learn about
the purest essential oils and how to use them in keeping healthy, for first
aid and to elevate mood and so much more. Nancy Engel trained with a french
medical doctor in the south of France, and brings photos, recipes and plenty
of samples to taste and smell. Make your own sleep sachet to bring home.

"SPA DAY"

Class Description: Fresh and Natural Skin Care 9:30am-noon Join a small group for a morning that includes doing your own aromatic facial, learning about natural skin care ingredients and creating your own custom moisturizing blend in a lovely cobalt bottle to bring home, along with your own custom recipe card. Limited seating. $42
"KITCHEN TABLE WRITING WORKSHOP"
January 23, 9:30am-noon
Class Description: If you love to read and write, this is a fun, easy-going morning with Creative Writing teacher and writer, Adele Clements. No experience necessary. Adele will steer us through a number of simple writing exercises and there will be lots of sharing, laughing and enjoyment. $30
"ROSE WREATH WORKSHOP"
January 30, 10:00am-noon
Class Description: This is hands-on as we make our own 7"X7" pink rosebud wreath out of delicate rose boutons to take home just in time for Valentine's Day. We'll learn about Rose Water & Rose Oil and some of it's uses in cooking, cosmetics and home keeping. You'll also be making your own personalized body/massage oil. Oh, to smell the roses in January! $35
